CTX Comics is an online comic books store that specializes in the sale of pre-order comics books.  Purchases made on this website are governed by these Terms and Conditions (T&C).

Terms & Conditions 

All products listed on this website are sold as pre-orders only, therefore, there is no guarantee of immediate availability. Items ship only after release and availability from the distributor/publishers. Release dates are estimated and subject to change by the publishers. Orders may be subject to allocations depending on publishers limiting quantities.

Payment for products is collected at the time of pre-order. All prices are final unless there is a clear error (e.g. misprint). All taxes, shipping, and handling are clearly displayed upon checkout.

We do not allow cancellation of products after the Final Order Cutoff (FOC) date has passed. If CTX Comics is unable to fulfill orders due to distributor shortage, customers will be notified and they will be presented with the option of a refund or store credit.

Orders ship once all items in the order are released if the purchase was bundled with products covering multiple release dates. Customers may need to submit separate orders if they want earlier shipping times for certain items. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
